The Daylilie Cup — Engineered with a Wider Base
Conventional U-cup

Traditional cups are wired, u-shaped, and narrow which digs into your sternum. which doesn’t match wide-set or athletic breast tissue.
The Daylilie Difference

Coventional U- cup
Daylilie Cup
Conventional cups dig at the sternum & pinch by the underarm.
Daylilie Wider Base

The Daylilie Cup is designed with a wider base that works with your shape, not against it—offering everyday comfort without digging, pinching, or flattening. Wireless by design.

Where it all started
Our first step was mocking the shape with spacer mesh.
Seeing our mock up in a wearable bra was very exciting.
We did multiple rounds of
fittings to get the right shape.

From the front!
Time For Some Foam Action
Foam gave us better structure. Moving past spacer mesh, we tested for density and lift.
Finally seeing how the cup could support without wires. Seeing the shape take form in black made the vision feel real.

To dial in the fit, we moved into a 3D model and precision testing.

Seeing our vision come alive on screen (and in 3D printed test molds) felt surreal
Digital Precision
This stage was about getting measurements down to the millimeter—refining slope, depth, and contour so the cup could flatter athletic proportions without wires.

Tada! After months of mocking, foaming, and 3D model refining, our first custom cup finally arrived.

Back View! Seeing the wider base molded into reality was a game-changer—it proved the design could move beyond sketches and scrappy fabric store tests.

Iterations Matter
we started mocking the shape with spacer mesh. we did this until we feel good about the shape.
