The Back Comes First
Conventionally, bras are designed cup-first, with the back band and shoulder straps as an afterthought. But a bra wraps around your whole torso, and on an athletic back, that’s where fit either works or doesn’t. We start with the back, then build the cup around it. See how our back-first fit works.
Our Namesake
Daylilie is named after the daylily, a drought-resistant flower that blooms again year after year. Its strength comes from deep roots that store everything it needs to weather hard seasons. To us, it symbolizes the resilience we honour in the women we design for.
Rooted in Vancouver
Daylilie was founded in Vancouver, British Columbia, on Canada’s west coast, where the Pacific meets the mountains. It’s one big playground: a morning can start with a swim in the ocean and end on a granite wall up the Sea to Sky. Here, softness and strength live side by side, and the women who call it home carry both into everyday life. We live here, we design here, and we test here.
